The short version: what you send us is only used to reply to you.
What the form asks for
A way to reach you: a Zalo number, a phone number or an email.
If you like, a photo and a short note as well.
We also see which piece you asked about, and whether you were reading in English or Vietnamese.
A photo is made smaller in your browser before it is sent, which also strips the location a phone camera writes into it.
Pieces you save with the heart stay in your browser only; if you ask to be told about a sale, we receive your contact and that list.
What we do with it
We use it only to reply to you about what you asked.
How it reaches us
When you press Send, your message is delivered to Denis and Ellie through a Telegram bot.
On the way it passes through our web host, and then it stays in our Telegram chat.
What stays in your browser
This page remembers, in your own browser, the contact you last sent, a note you haven’t sent yet, and your language.
That is only so you don’t have to type them again, and none of it is sent anywhere on its own.
Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes all of it.
Having it deleted
Message Ellie on Zalo and we will delete what you sent us.
